I've used silicone sealant for over 15 years to pot electronics and what
I've seen loosen the potting from the mold is oily solvents. Liquid
silicone mold release works if the object with silicone set on it is
somewhat pourous. Either one takes patience to let it sit long enough
and nudge the silicone around the edges to work more of the release
agent or solvent under the dry silicone. Silicone doesn't stick to
saliva or baby oil so I use mineral oil or baby oil or a mixture of
mineral spirits and mineral oil to clean objects with set silicone too.

As the subject says, I am looking for the dielectric constant of
polyethylene terphthalate and the dielectric strength in volts/mil.
I've read the polymers faq and other faqs plus used a dozen search
engines for this info to no avail. My Electronics Engineers Handbook
doesn't have the specs on this particular polymer. If you have this
information, or know where I can get this information, please reply.

I am lookin for information on Injection/Blow Molding machines for PET
bottle manufacture. If anyone has a lead or a good web site or any
personal knowledge of this type of equipment, please e-mail me.
