PRESS RELEASE
As of March 1, 1997, Infringatek, Inc. will commence doing business as
the first U.S. firm dedicated to investigating intellectual property
infringement cases.
The staff of Infringatek include Private Investigators, Patent &
Trademark searchers, and Computer Researchers. All patent searchers are
former U.S.P.T.O. examiners.
Sudeep Bose, J.D. will act as Director of investigations and oversee all
firm activities.
Investigations will focus on patent, trademark, and copyright
infringement cases; however, services will include the detection and
documentation of software piracy, unfair competition, and trade secret
infringement causes.
