Our Accounts Receivable position requires collaboration with all functional groups within the Company, including our operations team, sales group, and administrative staff. This requires an individual who is comfortable both as a team player and as an individual contributor.
Position Responsibilities:
- Book revenue in QuickBooks on a monthly basis
- Generate invoices in real time for all product lines
- Upload supplier payment reports into proprietary software Platform
- Maintain and leverage relationships with suppliers to provide measurable results
- Collect on all revenue and cash generating accounts, including overdue accounts
- Maintain prepaid accounts and schedules for revenue and commissions
- Run agings summaries and follow up using logic and discretion as needed
- Quarterly reconciliations of Supplier, Customer, and Channel Partner accounts
- AR integration of product lines including due diligence and integration work
- Assist team in ensuring SOX and GAAP compliance
Job Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proficient at Microsoft Office (excel, outlook and word)
- Proficient at QuickBooks (or similar accounting tool)
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Resourceful and detail oriented
- Comfortable problem solving independently and recommending solutions
- Ability to effectively organize, manage, and balance multiple tasks and priorities
- Dependable, reliable and professional
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Professional experience preferred
