Sales Associate World Energy Solutions Inc. (TSX: XWE; NASDAQ: XWES) is seeking a Sales Associate in our retail sales division. Sales Associates help customers leverage the opportunities presented by deregulation. They are liaisons between customers/partners and World Energy’s sales and operations teams, facilitating the flow of information and insight required to maximize success and satisfaction. While Sales Associates are essential to the consummation of each procurement, they are primarily responsible for the health of the relationship between World Energy and its customers. You will be expected to: - Support Sales and Operations with process compliance and development of sales opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, customers, Operations and utilities to ensure thorough and concise set up of procurement events
- Assist in monitoring and refining workflow.
- Participate in direct and Channel Partner customer calls, as appropriate.
- Clearly communicate in both a written and oral manner.
