From the East & West via Mass Pike:
Mass Pike to Exit 10 (Auburn). Stay left after the tollbooth to I-290 East toward Worcester. Stay on I-290 East for 6 miles to Exit 16. At bottom of ramp, turn left onto Central St. At fourth light, turn left onto Commercial Street. At first light turn right onto Foster St. Then take next right onto Waldo St. 1 Exchange Place will be on your right.

From the East via Route 9:
After passing the Beechwood Hotel on your right and climbing a large hill, take a left onto Shrewsbury St (you will see signs for downtown Worcester and U-haul should be on your right after you make the turn). Stay on Shrewsbury through 3 lights. At the 4th light take a soft right onto E. Central St. (you will signs for I-290). Continue straight on E. Central St. until the fifth light. Turn left onto Commercial Street. At the first light turn right onto Foster St. Then take next right onto Waldo St. 1 Exchange Place will be on your right.

From the North and Northeast:
From I-190 or I-495, take I-290 East to Exit 16. Off the ramp, turn right onto Central Street. At fourth light, turn left onto Commercial Street. At first light turn right onto Foster St. Then take next right onto Waldo St. 1 Exchange Place will be on your right.

From the South and Southeast:
Take Route 146 North into Worcester until it ends at I-290. Stay to the right and follow signs to I-290 East toward Shrewsbury. Take I-290 to exit 16. At bottom of ramp, turn left onto Central St. At the fourth light, turn left onto Commercial Street. At first light turn right onto Foster St. Then take next right onto Waldo St. 1 Exchange Place will be on your right.

Parking is available at the Dwight Foster parking lot on Waldo Street (on the right) or at the Bowditch & Dewey lot located on Exchange Street (straight ahead).
