The management team of World Energy is comprised
of professionals with extensive experience in the energy industry,
start-ups, Internet technology, finance, and marketing. The team
brings a marketing and growth strategy to its longstanding supply-side
relationships built through experience as Power Marketers and Aggregators.
At World Energy, we combine our knowledge of the deregulated utility
business with our experience working with emerging business models
to bring the most efficient energy solution to market. Our goal
is to help you turn changes brought on by deregulation into competitive
advantages, not added confusion.
Our management team is comprised of the following individuals:
Richard
Domaleski
Chief Executive Officer

Mr.
Domaleski is the founder of World Energy, and has been the driving
force behind the company's vision and sales execution. Sensing
that deregulation would bring significant industry change and
opportunity, he began researching utility deregulation in 1996.
He co-founded World Energy's wholly owned subsidiary, Oceanside
Energy, one of the first aggregators to be granted a FERC tariff.
Prior to Oceanside, Richard founded, developed, and sold a successful
80-location retail chain. |

Philip
Adams
Chief Operating Officer

Mr.
Adams is an accomplished senior manager, holding leadership
roles at established companies and Internet start-ups. He has
served as SVP Sales and Marketing at internet procurement pioneer,
Rowe Communications, SVP of Telesales and Marketing at PC Connection,
and SVP of Product Management and Marketing at Pegasystems.
Phil holds a Masters of Science in Management from MIT's Sloan
School and a BA in Economics from Williams College. |

Rob
Hartwell
Chief Information Officer

Mr.
Hartwell is a senior information technology leader with deep
experience in the design, development and integration of software
solutions for companies ranging from Internet startups to Fortune
1000 companies. Prior to World Energy, Rob spent several years
working at top technology consulting companies (March First
and Razorfish) and as a director in the IT department of a nuclear
power plant. Rob holds a B.S. in Information Management Systems
and Business. |

Andrew
Thomas
Director, Channel Partners
|
Mr.
Thomas brings a decade of electricity experience from his tenure
at Xenergy, a leading energy consultancy. Andrew leads our channel
program and is charged with opening new markets for national
clients. Andrew earned an MBA from Cornell University, and a
BS in Mechanical Engineering from Union College. |

Sam
Morgan
Director, Supply Desk - Electricity

Mr.
Morgan has been with World Energy since 1999, starting the company's
marketing department. Sam quickly mastered the intricacies of
electricity deregulation in New York, and was promoted to lead
the electricity supply desk. In his tenure at World Energy,
he has run hundreds of successful auctions. Sam earned a BA
from the University of Richmond. |

Minella
Gjoka
Director, System Operations
|
Mr.
Gjoka joined the company in 1999, and developed many of company's
operating procedures and led the acquisition and integration
of technology to create the company's auction platform. He also
has been the driving force behind the company's Natural Gas
Program. He earned a degree in linguistics and literature from
Elbasan University in Albania.

Charbonneau
VP Commercial and Industrial Sales. |
Mr. Charbonneau has spent his entire career in the energy space,
bringing over 25 years of energy experience. Prior to World
Energy, John worked in senior positions at Connecticut Energy
Company. Mr. Charbonneau has also consulted for several public
companies, banks, electric and gas utilities, RTOs and ISOs
at RJ Rudden Associates.
