they have signed a strategic alliance consulting agreement
with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC)
to enable WEXCH.com to deliver a full spectrum of energy
services for their customer base of commercial and industrial
consumers. SAIC will assist in providing consulting services
to WEXCH.com customers when needed and will also assist
WEXCH.com in structuring proposals for GSA contract opportunities.
