You might look for "Neotectonics of North America", edited by D. Burton
Slemmons ... [et al.] (Boulder : Geological Society of America, c1991.
498 p., maps, index, bibliograpy). It comes with several large maps (3,
I seem to recall), and covers the whole continent.
