I thought this would be a good site for my daughter. She is only 11yrs.
old. She loves to read about the oceans but this is way over her (and

I've never seen one, but the firm to contact would be Steraloids 
( I  think that's the correct name, I'm at home without their catalogue )
as they offer a whole range of sterols and derivatives. I have
heard that they now have their catalogue on the WWW so you
could use a search engine to find them.
