GMT Time Zones
WorldEnergy tracks time information relative to GMT and calculates local time form Denver, Colorado USA. Greenwich Mean Time is a world standard consisting of 24 time zones starting at GMT 0. GMT time zones decrease from GMT-1 to GMT-12 heading West. GMT time zones increase from GMT+1 to GMT+12 heading East.

If you are unsure of your Time Zone, a time zone map and a table of cities with deltas may be of help (although definitely not complete).

The United States is used to the Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones which are GMT-5, GMT-6, GMT-7, and GMT-8, respectively.

WorldEnergy does not keep track of local and regional time adjustments such as "daylight savings" - We do adjust our server clocks with daylight savings in the US. You may want to check your personal information every once in a while to make sure that we are all in sync!
