President May 30, 2006. Worcester, MA. World Energy Solutions has announced the appointment of Jacqueline R. Merl to the position of Vice President of Human Resources. Merl is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with nearly 10 years professional human resources experience. She is a 1990 master’s program graduate of George Washington University, Washington, DC, and a 1986 graduate of Syracuse (NY) University. Merl will provide management leadership and oversight on all World Energy human resource functions, including strategic resource planning, compensation policy and compliance with various state and federal requirements. Prior to her appointment as Vice President of Human Resources with World Energy, Merl held positions of increasing responsibility with a number of firms. From 2004 to 2006, she was a consultant within the Human Resources Group of Boston’s Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr organization. She was director of human resources with Narad Networks, Inc., Westford, MA from 2002-2004 and human resources manager with Ezenia! Inc., Burlington, MA, from 2000 to 2002. |
