Parslow as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Parslow, who is a certified public account, has nearly 20 years of financial management experience. In his position as CFO with World Energy, Mr. Parslow holds responsibility for strategic financial management, accounting and financial reporting functions. Mr. Parslow, who holds an MBA from Bentley College, has significant management experience in financial planning and control, financing, acquisitions, divestitures and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting. Prior to joining World Energy, Mr. Parslow was CFO with Spire Corp., Bedford, MA, a publicly traded company operating in solar energy, biomedical, and semiconductor industries worldwide. In his career, Mr. Parslow has held financial management positions with a number of publicly traded companies, both small and large. These include Thermo Power Corp and Thermo Ecotek Corp. both former publicly traded subsidiaries of Thermo Electron Corp and Fairmarket Inc. Jim also spent 8 years in public accounting at Arthur Andersen LLP prior to joining Thermo Electron. “I am pleased that Jim has joined our team.
