The Geofluids Research Group undertakes contract work mainly from the oil industry but also from mineral exploration companies. The group is comprised of 5 main members (see our web site for more details) all specialists in the wide-ranging field of geofluids. We have well equipped analytical labs and can offer a wide range of analytical techniques including: SEM/EMPA Cathodoluminescence/ SEM-CL Reflectance measurement Fluid Inclusion microthermometry Petrographic study/ image analysis Data manipulation/ interpretation (geochemical and physical) Mossbauer spectrometry being developed
