  • NYC-based hospital group has an electric contract that runs through August 2012. Their current rate is $.1099/kwh.

World Energy Action

  • World Energy saw an opportunity to extend the contract at lower rates, blending the existing price with the lower rate, resulting in immediate savings. World Energy requested offers from all suppliers and also requested blend/extend offers from the incumbent.

Result

  • Customer signed a 36 month extension which will result in immediate annualized savings of $365,500.
